"Painting as a poem. Then, you find out that Antonella Laganà is also a poet. You could not fathom out in which of the two fields the artist reveals her talent in a better way. At the end, it is found out that her poetry is intensely visual, whenever purely descriptive, because it has always an emotional implication. Her painting has a delicate lyricism that supports the communication without deceive an essentially emotional structure, rather than empowering this element. Certainly, the quality of this painting comes not only from a poetic sensitivity but it is also the result of a deep knowledge that comes from the attendance of Libera Scuola del Nudo at Accademia di Belle Arti of Florence. (...) The artist develops a painting that shows an aim to the infinite and that finds its fulfillment in the cosmic which establishes that connection between the things and the space pointed out by Immanuel Kant." - Bruno Rosada
