The Village.

In Via Teola five minutes from the centre, a village of enchanting wooden Chalets to savour perhaps forgotten emotions... all of the comforts of a "Grand Hotel" with the space and the exclusive sense of well being of a true mountain Chalet!

The "heart" of the village is represented by the Grand Chalet. The totally wooden structure, imposing but in perfect harmony with the surrounding Chalets.

In the "Grand Chalet Restaurant" we are enveloped in wood; walls and floors in natural stone, merging harmoniously to create a unique atmosphere.

Large windows in the "Il Terrazzo Di Livigno" allow us to appreciate splendid views of "Piccolo Tibet"; the magic of the firelight treats us to evenings dedicated to romance.

The Chalet.

Inspired by the old tree of Livigno, the Chalets, are divided into diverse categories: Chalet Top Family - Chalet Exclusive - Chalet Prestige - Chalet Gold, accommodating from 2 to 9 people.

They are built on three floors, between 70 to 85 square meters: 2 bedrooms with bathroom, sitting room, Tavern Relax and the gem of the Park Chalet Village; a small personal spa at the complete disposal of the clients 24 hours a day, with Jacuzzi, Finish sauna, coloured shower, chromotherapy and atmospheric music.
