For more than forty years, Alessandro and his mother Lorena have carried forward a cuisine that celebrates local traditions with passion and authenticity. The dishes showcase the flavours of Tuscany through genuine ingredients, historic recipes and meticulous attention to the quality of locally sourced produce. Homemade fresh pasta, platters of local cured meats and cheeses, grilled meats, rustic bruschette and pizzas prepared with carefully selected ingredients make every culinary experience deeply connected to this rural corner of Tuscany.
