Since she was a child, she has had a gift for painting, which has been recognized by various awards. The artist cultivated it as a self-taught one, first trying her hand at painting on ceramics and porcelain, which she experimented in various forms and using different techniques. In 2010, she decided to focus on oil painting and informal painting and studied at an art school. A decisive factor in the development of her artistic career was her association with Davide Foschi, a member of the Metateismo movement, and the Milanese cultural movement Nuovo Rinascimento, which Liliana Russi decided to join, and which saw her as a protagonist, together with various other artists, of the Festival del Nuovo Rinascimento. From there, the painter’s production continues copiously, and sees her “walk”, jointly, with the artistic movement in Milan and independently in numerous exhibitions, among which we recall, in 2018, the one at Palazzo delle Albere in Trento, the Wellness Fair in Lugano and the exhibition held at Villa Bottini in Lucca.
