Il nome Vaggi è apparso per la prima volta nel 1965, quando il fondatore della ditta, Sergio Vaggi, a coronamento del sogno di tutta la sua vita, ebbe la possibilità di aprire un negozio nel regno della tradizione orafa fiorentina: Ponte Vecchio.

 

Vaggi pose in questa nuova avventura tutto l'entusiasmo da sempre nutrito per quest'arte e tutta la capacità professionale maturata nei lunghi anni di apprendistato.
Quello che iniziò come un piccolo negozio cominciò a crescere, allargando la propria clientela ben oltre i confini nazionali e ampliando nel contempo la propria offerta merceologica.
La moglie e i figli lo seguirono in questa crescita costante e ancora oggi la terza generazione Vaggi è presente in negozio. Gli stessi criteri di professionalità e serietà guidano il lavoro svolto con l'entusiasmo di sempre.

Hello, My sister was in to your store a week ago or so. You fixed a clasp on her necklace. She said that she regrets not buying a bracelet that you have there. it has flowers going a round it and was over 100 years old. I was in your shop several weeks ago looking to replace a stolen bracelet that was woven gold 2 stranded braid and you also showed us another 2 strand with tiny gold beads in sets of 3 The factory was Fillipinni Please send me info and prices for each with pictures to confirm I am interested in one or both We were in such a rush at the time and couldn't make the purchase. I wish I had a day to enjoy your beautiful collection of jewelry Your bar pins cameos etc are truly magnificent looking forward to hearing from you Ciao You made my husband and I feel at home

I tried to contact Francesca with the phone number she gave me. My husband & I (Larry) have been going to Vaggi for the past 3 years when in Florence. It's my birthday soon and I would love it if Francesca could pick out earrings & necklaces she likes(for me-I hope she members me) with prices.
