Di Leno Carmela

Carmela Di Leno lives and works in Majano (Ud).

She dedicates to painting and restoration, where she has achieved national and international appreciations.

Has exhibited in Tuscany, Sicily and in Veneto, obtaining the approval from the critics and the public.

Among the last exhibitions there are the solo show Colori ed Emozioni at Pinacoteca Spazio d’Arte Ciro di Pes in Majano and collective shows in Trieste, Venice and Naples.

The artist has received marks as Targa d’oro Filippo de Pisis and Artisti in Vetrina nel Primo Millennio.

She won several prizes like Premio Quadriennale of Rome.

Has recovered artworks such as oil medallions realized by Gaspare Tiziani and metal sheets damaged in the earthquake of 1976, currently at the church consecrated to the Saints Apostles Peter and Paul in Majano.
