This past September while vacationing in Italy I purchased a 24 carat gold bracelet with diamonds that had a spring mechanism manufactured into the bracelet allowing it to stretch. This past week the spring broke and now the bracelet won't stay on my wife's wrist. Can you offer any suggestions to me about getting this fixed? I would be very grateful.
