In the heart of the pedestrian area of Ortisei in a square surrounded by beautiful hotels, the elegant Caffè Adler is a typical and elegant bar-café.
Open from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m., it distinguished by its interiors made almost entirely of pinewood and by the beautiful portraits of the famous director and mountaineer Luis Trenker, one of the most famous characters of Val Gardena.

The courtesy and hospitality of Mr. Angelo Ploner, better known as Bebe, and his staff, make the Caffè Adler a fixed stop for the locals and for the numerous tourists who want to experience and 'taste' the numerous proposals of the varied menu that range from the classic Bombardino (a creamy egg liqueur stirred into choice brandy, whipped cream and cinnamon), Punches, excellent cappuccinos and tasty hot chocolates, but also a wide choice of wines, aperitifs, and snacks made with always fresh selected raw materials and respecting local traditions. For dessert lovers, don't miss the typical dessert par excellence, the Apple Strudel with raisins and warm vanilla sauce.

Today Caffè Adler has become a must see for any gin and grappa lover. In order to enhance the area, Caffè Adler offers a wide selection of local Gin accompanied by tonics produced in South Tyrol and grappa made with typical spices of the Dolomites such as Gentian, Swiss Pine and Hay.

Of course, there is no shortage of excellent classic and revisited cocktails, soft lighting and good music ranging from the classic of the day to rock in the evening.
