In an ancient 16th century dwelling, overlooking the small village square of Magras, in the municipality of Malé in Val di Sole, the Restaurant Conte Ramponi welcomes you in a magical atmosphere that smacks of the past and local tradition.

The scent of wood given off by the large tiled stove, the ceilings decorated by a famous artist, the ceramic plates, the original table centrepieces, are the prelude to a unique experience of flavours and tastes of good food.

The menu, curated by Chef Lino, is inspired by the heritage of tastes and traditions of Trentino and of Val di Sole, with balanced reworked proposals and brilliant combinations of aromas and flavours.

The raw material, chosen with care and respect to guarantee quality and taste, is absolute the “queen”.

The wine cellar is an integral part of the identity of the restaurant offering a high selection of labels that blend perfectly with the gastronomic offer.

The wine list, indeed, provides excellent local wines that talk about the territory but also the classic wines that best characterize the national and international winemaking tradition.
