Here, you can find not only very fresh raw materials but also very special fish such as the sharp-snouted seabream, the dolphinfish or the soaso, all from the Mediterranean Sea.
As it is a seafood restaurant, the menu changes constantly based on the catch, which is always shown to the customer before being filleted and cooked.
