Bazar dei Sapori
Began in 1989 in the historic centre of San Gimignano, under the Cugnanesi Tower beside PiazzaDella Cisterna, Bazar Dei Sapori, is known for its boar on the door.
Renovated in 2006 keeping thefeatures of the old butcher shop and is always recognised for the excellent quality of its produce.
Salami, wild boar ham, Parma ham, "pecorino" cheese, extra verging oil and "grappa".
A largeselection of wines are also available Vernaccia, Chianti Classico, Brunello, Nobile di Montepulciano.
