Cantina Produttori Cormòns

High quality wines in Friuli Venezia Giulia

Hundred and thirty local wine growers form the Cantina Produttori Cormòns. Since 1968, they produce high quality wines in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

They own 400 hectares of land among the principal areas of Friuli Collio, Isonzo and Aquileia, skilfully cultivated, throughout the generations, combining tradition, innovation and environmental protection.

Here superb white wines are enerated including the native Malvasia and Friulano, the international Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon, but also structured red wines, such as Cabernet and Merlot, and sparkling wines like Prosecco and Ribolla Gialla brut.

Very famous is the Vino della Pace (Wine of Peace), sent to all Heads of State since 1986 as well as being auctioned several times at Christie's auctions.

At the Credit Communal exhibition in Brussels, the Wine of Peace labels collection was judged the most beautiful in the world, together with that of the Rothschilds.

For these outstanding wines the grape harvest, is done by the students of the United World College of the Adriatic in Trieste, which is located at the castle of the Thurn-Taxis Princes.

Cormòns stands for authenticity and excellence so much to achieve in order of time, the gold medal at the prestigious competition "The World of Malvasie" held in Porec (Croatia) with the Malvasia DOC Isonzo 2017 and the "Golden Label" award with the Collio DOC Sauvignon 2017 at the international packaging competition promoted by Veronafiere.
