For four generations pastificio Giacomo Rizzo makes Italian pasta, with the antique technique of Italian fresh pasta and dry pasta, hand and macchine made, slow drying pasta.
Tagliolini, bagoli, tagliatelle, pappardelle and lasagne, also ravioli, tortelli and filled quadrucci. Alongside special flavoured tagliatelle: artichoke, blueberry, squid, porcini mushrooms, basil, onion, lemon, but also tagliolini flavoured with curry, cocoa and smoked salmon.
